SUMMARY:Spain Chapter: MEAL-PLANNING EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS TRASTORNOS DE LA CONDUCTA ALIMENTARIA
DESCRIPTION:Formación teórico-práctica dirigida a dietistas-nutricionistas y profesionales interesados en el abordaje de los Trastornos de la Conducta Alimentaria (TCA)\, centrada en la toma de decisiones clínicas relacionadas con la planificación alimentaria. A lo largo de la sesión conoceremos diferentes modelos\, herramientas y estrategias de planificación de comidas\, analizando sus objetivos\, nivel de estructura  \n\n\n\nfortalezas y limitaciones. Junto con el conocimiento de estos modelos\, abordaremos cómo trasladar estos modelos a la práctica clínica: cómo seleccionar la estrategia más adecuada según el perfil y momento terapéutico\, cómo ajustar el grado de estructura y directividad\, y cómo adaptar\, hacer progresar o retirar una planificación en función de la evolución de la persona. La formación combinará contenido teórico con aplicación práctica y análisis de casos clínicos\, para favorecer una toma de decisiones más segura e individualizada\, orientadas en la recuperación. Abordaremos preguntas que aparecen con frecuencia en consulta: ¿Qué debería ser no negociable en este momento? ¿Estoy avanzando a un ritmo terapéuticamente suficiente? ¿Cuánto dirigir y cuánto consensuar? ¿Mi dinámica está manteniendo la negociación con el TCA? ¿la estructura está favoreciendo la recuperación o está reforzando rigidez o dependencia?¿He retrasado una indicación necesaria por miedo a perder el vínculo o provocar el abandono?
