Tanto si se trata de explorar la práctica privada por primera vez como de realizar la transición desde un entorno institucional\, los asistentes obtendrán claridad sobre cómo alinear las prioridades clínicas y empresariales para construir una práctica sostenible.La sesión presenta conceptos empresariales fundamentales\, como la estructura de la práctica\, el posicionamiento competitivo y la planificación a largo plazo\, junto con consideraciones clínicas clave.
