Recommended travel dates:

Arrival: You can arrive on Wednesday a day early to settle into your hotel room and be ready for set-up on Thursday. Or you can arrive on Thursday and plan to set up your booth before checking in with the hotel at 4 PM.

Departure: You can check-out on Saturday (by 11 AM) but this is still during the main event, so depending on your bandwidth to cover booth while also trying to check-out you may decide leaving Sunday is better. If you do check-out Saturday we recommend leaving your bags with the bellhop, and do not recommend bringing them to your booth where space is limited.
