From Evidence to Implementation: Closing the Research-Practice Gap
18-20 February 2027 | Marriot Marquis Chicago
The iaedp™ Foundation 2027 Global Symposium Call for Presentations is officially open!
This year’s program is built around a theme that reflects where the field needs to go: “From Evidence to Implementation: Closing the Research-Practice Gap.” We’re looking for presentations, panels, and educational sessions that bring research and clinical practice closer together, created by the kind of professionals who know firsthand what that gap looks like.Whether your presentation is geared toward early-career clinicians building their foundational toolkit, a mid-career practitioner refining complex case approaches, or an experienced professional working at the leading edge of research, there is a place for your work on this stage.
The deadline is July 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT. No exceptions.
A few things to know before you submit:
Submissions are accepted in English and Spanish, and we actively welcome proposals from diverse, multidisciplinary perspectives from around the world.
Session formats include 60-minute educational workshops, 90-minute discussion panels, scientific papers, and posters. At least one presenter must hold a master’s degree or higher. Groups may include a maximum of four presenters and one moderator, and individuals may submit no more than two proposals. While you are allowed to submit more than one abstract, only one will be chosen for presentation.
Abstracts are reviewed through a blind process. Any abstract that includes identifying information or does not meet submission requirements will be returned for correction, so we encourage you to review the guidelines carefully and submit early.
AI-generated abstracts will be disqualified. Please make sure each presenter’s email address is correct before submitting. The person who submits the proposal is the sole point of contact and is responsible for communicating with all co-presenters.
Presenters whose proposals are accepted will be asked to register by January 10, 2027, to receive early bird pricing and to record their presentations by December 31, 2026, for the 2027 Virtual Symposium.
NOTE: We recommend watching this video about the submission process first. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the CE-Go platform, please contact CE-Go at 888-498-5578 or by email at support@ce-go.com. Emails for this event will come from support@ceactivities.com.
