Ethics complaints

To formally submit an ethics complaint, please complete the Ethics Complaint Form attached and email it to dawn@iaedpfoundation.com. Our Ethics Complaint and Disciplinary Policy and Procedures are available for download here on our website. The complaint must be submitted in writing, include detailed information, and provide any supporting documentation that helps clarify the specific Standard, Code of Ethics provision, or written Foundation policy that may have been violated. The form must also be notarized. If you are unable to locate a notary in your area, you may search online for a virtual notary service.
 
Once the complaint and supporting documentation are received, the Ethics Committee will conduct a preliminary review within twenty-one (21) calendar days to determine whether sufficient grounds exist to move forward with an investigation.
 
Please know that complainant confidentiality is maintained unless disclosure is reasonably required under the circumstances or confidentiality is waived. We also ask that the complaint filing and related communications remain confidential throughout the review process.
