Symposium Sponsorship Opportunities
Symposium Sponsor starting at $2-4K:
Organizations looking for additional or stand-alone on-site visibility at the annual global symposium. It is an efficient way to connect and engage with passionate eating disorders professionals without a year-round commitment or investment. Symposium sponsored elements fall into 3 categories: Amenities, Branding, and Engagement
- Amenities ($4k) include opportunities such as breakfast or lunch, morning coffee or breaks, badges, lanyards, WIFI, swag bags, charging stations and water stations
- Branding ($3k) includes static visibility opportunities in the hotel, such as elevator bank, escalator, open space, mobile app and podcast booth. Organizations can choose their location from the available options.
- Engagement ($2k) includes morning yoga, movie night, networking pods, poster session, and co-created opportunities

Exhibitor Booths
Exhibit Booth options include a 6-ft table and two chairs (table drape/skirting not included); wireless access; pre- and post-conference reg (opt-in only); and two conference registrations for booth staff. All prices listed in USD. Book your space byt contacting us here.

- Early Bird Exhibitor Booth through 31 August: $4,000 (single)/$7,000 (double)
- Standard Booth 1 Sept – 18 Dec: $5,000 (single)/$9,000 (double)
- Late/Final Booth Sales 19 Dec – Feb 2027: $6,000 (single)/$10,000 (double)
