Strategic Planning Committee
The iaedp Foundation is seeking five (5) dedicated members of our professional community to serve on a special Strategic Planning Committee. This committee will play a vital role in shaping the Foundation’s direction and impact over the next several years.
The commitment will span approximately one (1) year, during which the committee will meet regularly to assess current goals, identify opportunities for growth, and help develop a refreshed strategic vision that aligns with our mission of supporting professionals in the treatment of eating disorders.
We are looking for individuals who bring insight, creativity, and a collaborative spirit. Whether you have experience in nonprofit leadership, clinical program development, education, advocacy, or simply a passion for our mission, we welcome your voice at the table.
Corporate Partnership & Fundraising Committee
The iaedp Foundation is forming a Corporate Development & Fundraising Committee, and we are seeking five (5) passionate and motivated individuals to join this important initiative.
This committee will focus on building strategic relationships with corporate partners, identifying fundraising opportunities, and supporting the long-term financial sustainability of the Foundation. Whether you have experience in development, marketing, corporate outreach, or simply a strong interest in advancing our mission, your perspective and energy are welcome.

This committee will support the development of communication strategies, assist with promotional initiatives, and contribute to the Foundation’s digital and public presence. Ideal candidates may have experience or interest in areas such as content creation, social media, branding, public relations, or strategic communication, though all are welcome to apply.

The iaedp Foundation is seeking one (1) dedicated professional to join our Certification Committee. This committee promotes the value and integrity of the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS/CEDS-C) credential by regularly reviewing certification standards and applications, ensuring that the designation remains a trusted standard of excellence for both professionals and the public. All committee members currently hold the CEDS or CEDS-C credential. The selected volunteer will serve a three-year (3) term and have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the advancement and credibility of our profession.

The iaedp™ Foundation is seeking one (1) engaged and thoughtful professional to join our Education Committee for a three (3)-year term. This committee plays a central role in guiding iaedp’s educational offerings and is actively involved in shaping the content and direction of our Symposium, webinars, Core Courses, and Leading By Example series. Members collaborate to assess and address the evolving educational needs of our professional community. All committee members currently hold the CEDS or CEDS-C credential.
