Vitória Medeiros is a clinical psychologist (CRP 06/173294) specialized in eating disorders by Instituto de Psiquiatria da Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and has additional certifications in CBT and CBT for ARFID. She is currently based in São Paulo, Brazil, and provides online psychotherapy in Portuguese and Spanish for adolescents and adults through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), for demands related to eating disorders, body dissatisfaction, obesity, emotional eating, motherhood, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Vitória also has experience in the corporate sector and delivers training and lectures for organizations focused on mental health, diversity, and eating disorders.
She works as a volunteer researcher at AMBULIM in the Institute of Psychiatry of the University of São Paulo (USP) and is currently participating in the first randomized study in the country on DBT applied to emotional and binge eating.
