The Eating Disorder Professionals with Lived Experience Special Interest Group (SIG) is a members-only community created for eating disorder professionals who bring both clinical expertise and lived recovery experience to their work.
This monthly peer consultation and support meeting provides a confidential, professionally focused space to connect with colleagues who share the unique perspective of navigating recovery while working in the eating disorder field. Through thoughtful discussion and peer consultation, participants will have the opportunity to explore clinical, professional, and ethical considerations, exchange ideas, and support one another in their continued professional growth.
Together, members will foster awareness, acceptance, and meaningful dialogue around the valuable role that professionals with lived experience play in treatment, education, advocacy, and the broader eating disorder community.
